This building can only be accessed by an underground garage. Underground parking which reflects the quality of the living room and connects to a continuum of space. Transition from the atrium naturally lit through the parking garage to the living room is a liquid. Cold materiality of the garage continued in the living room and stood in deliberate contrast to the material.
